Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERIES​

 

Deliveries will be arranged by Ribbon & Wicker through DPD local, DHL and other couriers and will be charged based on the size of your purchase (from £6.99 to £11.99) at check out.

The delivery cost includes 2 attempted deliveries to the address provided. In the case of failed delivery, a new delivery booking will have to be made and charged accordingly.

 

If you are purchasing multiple gifts which need to be sent to different addresses, make sure you make one purchase for each order (address). This way you are able to give us the shipping address for each gift and cover the cost for delivery.

Alternatively, for any large orders, please contact us.

Deliveries will be sent to the shipping address you provide, therefore please make sure this is correct. Should you realise you have made a mistake then please contact us immediately.

NB: we aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days, however with Corona Virus delays and national Bank Holidays this timescale might be extended. Customer service will contact you to discuss options if this is the case.

Challenge 25: Age verification has been put in place as some products include alcohol which can only be purchase and consumed by anyone aged 18 or over.

Therefore a Challenge 25 policy shall be adopted - Delivery of alcohol to anybody who appears to be under the age of 25 shall require evidence of proof of age to be shown to the courier driver. If proof is not provided or if there is any doubt about the I.D. the delivery of alcohol shall be refused.

 

If there is no one available to take in the delivery, the courier will not leave it in an unattended place for collection later. It may be left with a neighbouring property only if the Challenge 25 condition above is taken into account.

Named day delivery: If you wish for a gift to be delivered on a specific day, please let us know in the "Note" field when checking out. We will contact you with any available options.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, contact us with your query with photographic proof. Once the return request has been accepted, we will arrange for your return by sending you all the relevant details and any return forms, then place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
