Delightful aromatic flavours of the Mediterranean in a jar! This delicious paste is made of olives, truffles capers and sardines. It originally comes from Southern French cuisine but has been adapted by TartuLanghe to include summer truffles from Piedmont, Italy.

 

How to enjoy: on toasted bread, bruschetta, as a dip or to season pasta, fish or meat dishes, as well as salad dressings.
