"The Sexton" Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%): The Sexton Single Malt Irish whiskey, created by master blender Alex Thomas, is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and then aged to perfection in former Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a rich and fruity character with notes of honeycomb.
This whiskey is super smooth and bursts with intense fruity, spicy flavours. The nose of the whisky is incredibly rich with almonds, cocoa and buttered baking spices. On the palate, honey provides a smooth base layer with accents of peppered pears, baking spice, citrus and prunes. Perfect both over ice as an easy sipping whiskey or for cocktail making, bringing out bold and demanding flavours.
